Hourly Planning

1 Hour Planning Support

  • Need clarity, a game plan or seal of approval for your event? Whether it’s brainstorming, troubleshooting, or just making decisions easier, let’s tackle it together—one hour, all focus, no fluff.

    $150

  • Calls Consists of: 1 hour of planning services via phone call, video chat, or email to use however you need help.

    Examples of topics are vendor proposals, contract review, talking out planning challenges, or general planning help, direction and advice.

    Calls can be split into two 30-minute sessions. 

Bundle Support

  • Our hourly planning calls are your one-stop solution for cutting through the chaos and getting things done. Save big with our bundle: 3 calls for the price of 2!

Event Host

  • Not privy to speaking in front of large crowds? Let us take the mic. We’ll keep your event flowing smoothly, engage your audience, and make sure everything stays on track—so you can relax and enjoy the moment. 

    $350 minimum

    Event hosting services available to purchase by the hour. May require an individual quote.


  • Service includes 2 Hours of event hosting. Additional hosting hours are priced at $150 per hour. 

    1 hour virtual prep call and unlimited email communication included.

    Your virtual prep calls can be split into two 30-minute sessions.

Event Setup

  • Need a hand getting your event setup on the day of your event? Let us bring your Pinterest board to life! From arranging décor to setting up tables, we’ll ensure your event space is ready to impress.

    Setup services available to purchase by the hour. May require an individual quote.

  • Includes up to two hours of setup support and a one hour virtual prep session.

Bridal Attendant

    Perfect for the bride who’s planned her own day, or is getting ready at a hotel or Airbnb instead of a traditional venue.
